The representatives of the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA), Transparency International – Georgia (TI) and the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) will attend the Venice Commission session, on June 19 and June 20, where the amendments to the Law on the Prosecution will be discussed. The amendment project was initiated by the government of Georgia. The opinions, elaborated by over 30 NGOs within the framework of the Coalition for the Independent and Transparent Judiciary will be presented during the session of the Venice Commission.
