The aim of this project is to monitor and analyze the implementation of labour rights in civil service. A)  a comparative analysis of public and private sector labour relations in Georgia. B) Assess compliance of public service labor rights with standards set by the United Nations and the International Labor Organization (ILO). C) Monitoring and analysis of the implementation of labor rights in the practice of the Ministries of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall.  D) provide legal advice services to at least 50 civil servants and LEPL employees, provide legal assistance in 4-6 cases, of which at least 1 will be strategic.

Expected result: GYLA will identify the problem, make a suggestion about the problematic issue and establish important case law, which will promote the protection of labor rights in the public sector.
