Tbilisi City Assembly paid 43 750 Gel to the illegally dismissed person. Litigation launched in 2013 between the City Assembly and the illegally dismissed person finally ended in 2020 with a settlement.

The plaintiff has a dispute on illegal dismissal and reinstatement at the court since 2013.  According to the initial ruling the court recognized the decree of dismissal granted by the City Assembly as illegal and ordered the City Assembly to reinstate the dismissed person after re-examining the issue. However the defendant still did not reinstate the person. After that re-filed dispute between the parties has been launched, which again ended in favor of the plaintiff, but the defendant still did not enforce the judgment. Correspondingly there was a need for re-filing a lawsuit.
