Below see the full text of the memorandum:
Caucasus University and Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA), enjoying the benefit of the principle of mutual understanding and respect, express their wish to cooperate in order to support raising students of Caucasus School of Law and members of GYLA as highly-qualified professionals, realizing their full personal potential, developing their practical habits and abilities and training lawyers who meet modern demands. Based on the above mentioned, the parties agree on following:
· shared use of GYLA and Caucasus University libraries;
· exchange of educational information;
· joint implementation of certificate programs;
· organizing joint lectures and seminars by foreign experts;
· organizing science conferences and imitated court trials;
· implementing other measures to reach the above listed goals
Arrangement of specific events and implementation of other kind of joint actions shall be regulated according to further negotiations between the parties, on the basis of bilateral agreement.
The parties agree to work according to cooperation based on principles of quality and protection of interests of each other.
This MoU is executed in two identical copies having equal judicial force and shall be valid for five years from the date it was signed. This MoU may be extended by unanimous consent of both parties. Each party has the right to require annulment of the MoU on the basis of 30 days’ prior notice provided to the second party. After annulment of this MoU the parties shall take all necessary measures to finish projects launched under the MoU.
